Due to phenomenal success, French sax virtuoso Baptiste Herbin returns with his project to Ladbroke Hall.
Baptiste Herbin is one of the top international musicians. He was nominated for the Victoires du Jazz in 2013 thanks to his first album "Brother Stoon", Prix Django Reinhardt and elected musician of the year 2019 by the jazz academy.
He has participated in more then fifty recordings: Keith Brown (Sweet and Lovely 2011) Aldo Romano (New Blood: the connection, 2012), Essiet Essiet and Jeff "Tain Watts" (Shona, 2014) the Fireworks quartet with Jean-Charles Richard, Stéphane Guillaume and Vincent David (2015), the quintet "O Brasil do saxofone" with Ademir Junior (2017), in duet with Alain Jean Marie (at Barloyd's 2018) Darryl Hall (2019) to name the most important.
He plays in Europe and all over the world (Thailand, United States, Madagascar, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Serbia …) and with the greatest musicians. These include: Stefano di Battista, Robin Mckelle, Julien Lourau, Ed Motta, Donald Brown, Roy Hargrove, Jean Toussaint, Mark Gross, Marcus Gilmore, Stéphane Belmondo, Ralph Bowen, Jean-Michel Pilc, Darryl Hall, Franck Avitabile, Baptiste Trotignon, Billy Hart, Mark Turner, Eric Harland, Alain Jean Marie. He also accompanied Charles Aznavour in 2014.
